Level 2 Heated Mat Pilates
Turn up the heat…literally! Set between 95–100°, this class is designed for those ready to advance their practice with deeper core work, dynamic sequences, and more challenging transitions. Expect intentional burn, elevated pace, and expert cueing to push your strength, focus, and endurance to the next level.

Stretch & Release
Our hottest class, designed to do your body good. Set at 100°F, this session uses deep, intentional stretching and fluid movement to help flush toxins, reduce inflammation, and release built-up tension. Long holds and steady breath work together to open tight muscles, boost circulation, and support full-body recovery. It’s sweaty, soothing, and exactly what your body’s been asking for.

Designed to strengthen, tone, and define. This class combines Pilates principles with resistance training for a full-body burn that builds long, lean muscle. Expect light weights, high reps, and intentional movement that challenges your endurance, fires up your core, and leaves you feeling stronger from the inside out. It's high energy, intense, and seriously effective. Classes set anywhere from 90-100°F.
